Summer has just begun in Thailand and holidays are just around the corner! Bars are getting ready to serve their best beers, drinks and food as we’re gearing up for FIFA World Cup 2018!
For those of you ladies who are not interested in Football, I’m sure you are going to be dragged by your boyfriend or husbands to bars and/or friends’ houses to watch the exciting matches! Or, you may be planning on heading out for your summer vacation with your family!
In any case, with so much going on, it is very normal to experience difficulty in staying motivated to workout or eat healthy at this time of the year! We tend to ‘let go’ and then after the summer gets over, we come back feeling like we need to start all over again!
I’m sure you can resonate with me that it is a horrible feeling to go back to especially if you feel that you have worked so hard to reach where you are right now with your body condition, overall physique and health.
I have therefore prepared a quick workout plan on how to stay motivated this summer so that you come back feeling rejuvenated. Don’t get me wrong, you should ‘let go’ to a certain extent, however, don’t forget to take a bit of care too!
